Established in 2008, RISING GAMES (HK) LIMITED is a professional manufacturer and exporter specializing in playing cards, game cards, board games, and related components.
Located in Guangdong with convenient access to major transportation networks, our 20,000 m² factory employs over 100 skilled staff and achieves annual sales exceeding USD 10 million, with approximately 90% of production exported worldwide, mainly to Europe.
Equipped with advanced production facilities and strict quality control throughout every stage, we operate in full compliance with international standards. Our certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC, EN71, CE, ICTI, and BSCI.
In addition, our in-house plastics engineers provide professional support in 3D design and sculpt optimization, helping customers effectively reduce tooling and production costs.

Art & Pre-Press
Upload print-ready files or let our in-house artists finish the graphics. We generate color-accurate PDF proofs and a 3-D box mock-up; two free revisions are included.
Prototype Sprint (7 days)
Digital knife cutter + sample printer deliver a fully playable copy: cards, board, punch-outs, wooden bits, rule sheet. You approve or mark tweaks; no tooling cost at this stage.

Tooling & Certifications
Steel-rule dies for punch boards, injection molds for custom meeples, CMYK + spot-UV plates for cards—all made in-house. Concurrently we run EN-71, CE, ASTM F963 and REACH tests so the final shipment clears customs anywhere.
Mass Production
Cards: Heidelberg CD-102 6-color + AQ coating, 15 000 sheets/day. Boards: automatic laminator glues 1.5 mm greyboard + linen paper, zero bubble. Boxes: die-cut, wrap, corner-stay, shrink in one pass. Every 2 hours QA pulls 32 pcs for color density, registration, bond strength.

Slotting & Packing
Robotic card sorter collates 110-card decks in 90 seconds; silica-gel and corner protectors added. Games are carton-packed to Amazon FBA spec (6-side drop-test passed).
On-Time Shipping
15-day standard lead, 7-day express lane. We book CIF sea, rail or air, provide carton labels, pallet photos and editable MSKU files so your 3PL can receive in minutes, not days.

How We Keep Every Board & Card Game “Backer-Ready”
Live Data: Clients receive a QC PDF within 24 h of every stage—no surprises, no “mystery box” when the games land.
Raw-Material Gate-In
• FSC paper, soy ink, greyboard – batch certificates vs. PO checked.
• Random 5 % roll inspection: moisture ≤ 8 %, grammage ±2 %, no edge crush. Fail = full return.
Pre-Press Proof
• GMG color-proofer vs. client Pantone; ΔE ≤ 2 signed off before plates are burned.
• 3-D white sample assembled for component fit; punch-board knives tested on 50 sheets—no fluff, no burr.
In-Line Press Checks (Cards)
• Heidelberg 6-color every 500 sheets:
– registration camera ±0.1 mm,
– ink density strip read by X-Rite,
– first article signed by QC & client photo.
• Defect tag system: any sheet with hickeys > 3 per m² pulled and re-run.
Mid-Production Board & Box Stations
• Lamination bond test: 3 M tape snap, no fibre lift.
• Die-cut 1st-piece: corner radius ±0.2 mm, score depth 50 % thickness—approved sample hangs on line.
• 100 % visual check for linen texture alignment; 2 % random caliper check (micrometer 0.01 mm).
Assembly & Packing Line
• Robotic card counter auto-weighs each deck (±1 g); under/over sets rejected.
• Metal detector & needle check for games with wooden/metal meeples.
• Drop-test carton sample: 1 corner, 3 edges, 6 faces—no rupture, no component shift.
• Final barcode scan + OQC sign-off; photos of sealed master carton sent to client dashboard.
Pre-Ship AQL
• ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 Level II, 0 critical, 2.5 major, 4.0 minor.
• Fail → 100 % re-screen; second fail → full rework or credit.
Container Loading Audit
• Desiccant count, pallet strap tension, load plan photo record. Seal number logged and shared same day.
