1. What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
500 decks for standard poker/bridge cards, 300 sets for board games with paper components. Lower volumes are possible with a small-run surcharge—just ask.
2. How long does it take from quote to delivery?
Mass production: 15–20 days
Sea freight to US/EU: 25–30 days
Total door-to-door: 50 days. Express air reduces this to 20 days.
3. I only have a rough rulebook—can you help finish the artwork?
Yes. Our in-house illustrators and graphic designers can create card faces, boards, icons, box art and even a Kickstarter page banner. You own 100 % of the IP.
4. Are your materials eco-friendly?
All paper is FSC-certified, inks are soy-based, and we offer recycled greyboard and linen paper. Plastic components can be switched to PLA or recycled PET on request.
5. Which safety certificates do you provide?
EN-71 (EU), ASTM F963 (US), REACH, CE, CPSIA, ISO 9001, BSCI social audit.
6. Can I get a physical prototype before paying for tooling?
Absolutely. We produce a fully playable sample by digital cutter and sample printer. Cost: US 120–200, refundable against your first bulk order.
7. Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA or individual backers?
Yes. We prep and label every unit to Amazon’s FBA spec (barcode, suffocation warning, 6-side drop-test) and can also handle worldwide backer fulfilment via our 3PL partners.
8. What file formats do you need?
AI, PSD or PDF, 300 dpi, CMYK, 3 mm bleed. A print-ready template pack is sent as soon as you confirm the quote.
9. How do you guarantee colour accuracy?
We run a GMG color-proof system and email you a signed colour proof plus physical swatches. Final mass production is matched to this master proof within ΔE ≤ 2.
